The real taste
of the French crêpe.
The history of
the French Crêpe
It was in the 13th century that the crêpe arrived in Bretagne. And since then it became one of the most emblematic dishes of this region.
Today it has become a famous dish all over the world and it is eaten in many countries.
But where is the Bretagne ?
It's an area in the north west of France where the legend of King Arthur and his knights of the round table take place. Ancient then medieval town, today it's one of the most touristic region in France.
Our crêpes are unique because they're made from buckwheat. This natural plant does not require any fertilizers and pesticides, giving it a high-end and organic quality.
Although the sweet crêpe is also a bestseller, it differs from the buckwheat crêpe by its original ingredient, wheat, thus completely changing the appearance of the dough and its taste.
At Le Paris Bretagne, we invite you to savor unique crêpes that are thin and crispy at the same time, we call that "Kraz". Tasting our crêpes will allow you to travel for a meal in the distant lands of la Bretagne !
